What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, that you agreed to launch emails, when you signed up, and how you found us (for example a friend's link).
• Account (when the app launches): email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• Play history: the cards you were shown, your picks, stakes in play points and results.
• Settings: how many cards you want, limits, cool-off periods and display choices.
• Country: so we can apply the right rules where you live.

The app recognises which match you're watching so it can show the right card. We don't need to record or upload your stream to do this.

How we use it

• Running the service: signing you in, showing cards, keeping your points balance and history.
• Admin review: checking for abuse, bugs and fair play, and answering support requests.
• Safety limits: applying your limits and cool-off, checking age and country rules.
• Launch emails: only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run MWT Picks (for example hosting and email sending), under contract and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it. [List of providers to be added.]

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until launch plus [12 months], or until you unsubscribe, whichever is sooner.
• Account data and play history: while your account is open, then deleted within [30 days] of closing, except anything we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. You can withdraw consent to emails at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We use only what is essential to run the service, such as keeping you signed in. This site may remember your chosen colour theme in your browser for the current tab only.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfect, and we'll tell you if a breach affects you.
